Our promises
To help ensure that you get a first class service every time you hire from Limesquare, we offer the following two promises:
- If we do not have a vehicle of the class you booked available when you need to pick it up we will upgrade your vehicle to the next class at no extra cost*.
- Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to us, and consequently all the vehicles in our fleet are maintained and serviced to a very high standard. In addition, our fleet is rotated regularly to keep the average age of our vehicles as low as possible, and all of our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before each hire.
We do everything we can to make sure that your vehicle hire experience is as pleasant and straightforward as possible - if you are happy then we are happy!
* if we do not have available the vehicle you originally booked for the hire in question.
