Limesquare heads North
Limesquare Vehicle Rental Ltd is pleased to announce it has acquired Temple House in Rotherham.
9 November 2015 marks another great day for the Limesquare Group as it completes a half a million pound deal to secure Temple House, situated in Farfield Park, Rotherham.
The new acquisition consists of a modern, 11,000 square foot, two-storey office and industrial warehouse, set in an acre of landscaped grounds with ample parking. The Group plans to use this 'super-site' for its vehicle rental division which aims to achieve 500 vehicles on hire from this location by the third year. The property is situated just off Manvers Way, which puts it equidistant between the M1 and the A1(M), affording it excellent connectivity to a number of large conurbations including Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield.
This future branch will allow Limesquare to serve its commercial opportunities with fully inclusive business rates; its local communities with competitive daily-hire rates; and offer all customers a wide array of modern, fuel-efficient, cars and light commercial vehicles.
This property marks Limesquare's continuing progress, in-line with its strategic plan, which will see Limesquare Vehicle Rental have 15 branches online by 2020. The Company's aim is to continually develop its local presence in England so that more customers can benefit from Limesquare's transparent, customer driven, approach to vehicle rental.
